Review: PC Pit Stop PC Matic

There are some cases where the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model doesn't really work, and PC Pit Stop's PC Matic system utility and virus scanner is one of those. Although it does a decent enough job, if your web connection is down it won't work at all - not very good for diagnosing or fixing an offline PC.
